The aim of this healing is to:
1. Support you through the festive season, with overindulgence, family/relational dynamics, and detox
2. Let go of whatever no longer serves you – let’s lighten the load as you welcome in the New Year
3. Set your manifestation intentions for the new year – here’s to bringing in new possibilities and greater freedom as you navigate 2023.
This healing incorporates the Winter/Summer Solstice (depending on the hemisphere you are in) on 21 Dec, opening you up for further transformation.

15 December – Session 1:
This session will boost your energy level and vitality to alleviate some of the end of year malaise and at the same time support your overall health & wellbeing. This will deepen the release work that follows – the more energised you are, the more conditioning can be released. We will then facilitate a deep clearing to release the conditioning that no longer serves you in your journey forward into the new year.

22 December – Session 2:
With the festive season comes merriment, indulgence, copious amounts of food and family time. This session will aim at optimising your digestive system, pancreas and liver. We will also optimise your relationships with family and friends and harmonize unhealthy dynamics. The solstice energy will support this process.

29 December – Session 3:
The session will focus on setting and manifesting your intention for 2023 and manifesting an amazing year ahead. Spend some time writing down your intentions and what you would like to manifest for your highest good and have that in mind during the sessions. You will receive a manifestation healing that clears your blocks to manifestation, while creating new possibilities and opportunities for the new year.

5 January – Session 4:
We will begin this session by detoxing and optimising the system. The focus will then shift to Blessings & Gratitude. Prior to the session, make a list of everything you are truly thankful for. We will facilitate an energetic puja & blessing to continue with manifestation focus and support and deepen this healing.
