My better half 'coincidentally' stumbled across Vuyo when I was in search of an alternative means of healing myself. I had started the journey of self-discovery a couple of years back yet only recently had I reached serious blockades emotionally and especially health wise. I had severe depression anxiety, fear, leaky gut and many other emotional burdens. After the first session I had with Vuyo there was an intense almost instantaneous shift accompanied with a knowing that things were going to change for the better and that this was definitely the right place and right time type of situation. To date, I have had multiple sessions each fine-tuning many of the complexities that we share as humans. I have put a lot of work in between sessions, ie meditating on my own figuring my own things out as on must and this has also aided in the changes coming into fruition.
Vuyo has always been guided and never further than a text or call away. I am truly grateful for finding a sincere teacher that has had and still has an integral role to play in the journey of life to follow. These are some of the revelations that have come to me in my sessions with Vuyo. To say my life has changed would be an understatement. Having realized that my mental illness had a energetic and spiritual component to it, I sought out Vuyo to help me deal. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but what I value the most is that Vuyo emphasizes your own spiritual independence and the role that you play in your own healing.
The emphasis is also on the fact that healing is a process. It is hard to put into words what the sessions are like: You feel relaxed but also a charge of energy flows through you. You are present and aware. What I find most useful is all the things that manifest after the session. Physical ailments start to get better but most importantly, you are guided through some important steps you need to take to stay aligned. You feel the healing energy flowing though you for days, even weeks. after the session.
I feel empowered, lighter and more present. My process of healing has gone far beyond what I thought would be possible.
Vuyo was doing a distance healing using techniques which he has recently developed himself through his own practice and transmissions. He was mainly working on my ovaries as I've not had my period now for some time and have noticed this has been a problem area in the past. During the healing, I felt great waves of energy moving through my body from top to bottom with much movement in the lower chakras and ovaries, especially in the left side. I also felt a great heart opening and much movement in my head. Vuyo explained after the healing that my energy was not running into the ground properly and that I needed far more grounding so he had felt through the healing that this was one of the key areas to work on, linked to my body's function generally and other areas of energetic blockage apart from my ovaries that also needed focus, like my adrenal glands and sternum (I have had ongoing issues with this area for years).
It was really after the healing that the effects became clear. My centre of gravity felt lower and I felt like there was a real grounding between me and the earth. I also felt much more centered and focused and able to relax. Since the healing, I have felt much more stable and a sense of being supported by the earth and others -- I was not conscious that this was an area I was even needing to work on. I had had the sense of needing to escape and run away for many years. So far I have not felt the sense of being a victim and needing to escape but actually instead I am feeling like I am able to be in my power and take my power back rather than feeling victimised by life and other people (clearly an illusion I am learning to see through). It has opened the door to me to work on this area further in my own practise and healing. Vuyo's approach is totally selfless and focuses entirely on the client and their needs. Vuyo has a naturally empathic and compassionate approach. His psychic sensing is phenomenal and he has the ability to tune into things which are beyond belief in his healings. He is inspirational in his approach and has the ability to give transformational healings. It is quite extraordinary to witness what Vuyo is capable of and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
I had my first treatment in energy healing with Vuyo in 2012. At the time that I met him, I had been undergoing fertility treatment unsuccessfully for more than 5 years. I was also in a space where I felt stuck in my life with no real meaning. Vuyo briefly spoke to me about my needs and issues, he didn't get into deep detail about anything, but said that there were definitely some energies, limiting beliefs and stuckness that was ready to move.
The treatment itself felt pretty insignificant, but the changes that took place in my thinking and in my life in the few months after were remarkable. New work opportunities arose and due to my increased awareness, I felt a much improved quality of life and had more energy than ever before. I changed career direction two months after my first treatment. I felt a certain freedom from many obligations that were a hinderance to me in the preceding time. I also experienced freedom from the need to be pregnant/even to have a child. I was content with my life and myself. I stopped all fertility treatment and monitoring, as it was not a priority/obsession with me anymore.
About eight months later I found out that I was pregnant. Completely unexpected. At the age of 38, I had an absolutely normal pregnancy, despite a high work pace, travelling, and all other risk factors associated with my age. I had some treatments with Vuyo while pregnant and it was so special to hear his comments about my baby and the bond that we had at that time already. I was six weeks pregnant when I saw him for the first time during my pregnancy and he connected to my baby’s energy, worked on me and told me that it was a girl. This was confirmed later on during my pregnancy. At full term a healthy baby girl was born. Early on my daughter had treatments with Vuyo, as she was a bit fussy and had some stomach symptoms. He had a very calming effect on her and helped me through many tough periods in her early life. She was very healthy, but if she wasn't well, Vuyo would do distance treatments on her, which enabled us to avoid antibiotics and have very short spells of sickness.
Meeting Vuyo and making the decision to have treatments with him is the best thing that’s ever happened to me - he has an extremely open and gentle manner with his clients and he is one of the few people that my daughter has been comfortable with from a very early age.
